Why go to counselling?

Many people find counselling helpful in a variety of situations.

We all have times when we feel alone, confused, lost, depressed or even desperate. Such feelings can be triggered by a seemingly unrelated event; something so minor that it may seem totally insignificant. Worries, memories, pain, or an incident that we have carried around with us, can be released by such an event.

Whatever the issue, it is important to you and will be respected as such.
